Fruit Distribution Among Underprivileged People on 15th August

Every year on 15th August, a special fruit distribution programme is organised as part of a meaningful social service activity. On this day, fruits are distributed among underprivileged and needy people in the areas surrounding the Ashram and among patients and families at Memari Rural Hospital.

The main purpose of this initiative is to bring some happiness, care, and support to people who are going through difficult times. Many people in rural areas and hospitals may not always have access to proper food and basic necessities. A small act of kindness can therefore make a meaningful difference in their lives.

On this special day, volunteers come together and visit the Ashram-adjacent areas and Memari Rural Hospital with fresh fruits. The fruits are carefully distributed among needy people, patients, and their families. The volunteers also spend time with them and offer their support with warmth and respect. The activity is not only about distributing fruits but also about sharing love, care, and humanity.

This programme is organised every year on 15th August and has become an important part of the social service activities. It reflects the values of kindness, compassion, and service to society. The initiative also reminds us that Independence Day is not only a day to remember our nation’s freedom, but also an opportunity to contribute to the well-being of people around us.

Through this annual activity, the Ashram continues to spread the message of humanity, kindness, and selfless service. The smiles and gratitude of the people who receive the fruits make the occasion truly special and encourage everyone to continue such meaningful work in the future.
